The Girl In The Black Party Dress has more to say..
I’ve been debating over doing this for awhile. The idea always popped into my head to write another blog dedicated to my thoughts,my ideas,my opinions,my feelings. I finally decided it was the right time to do so. I absolutely love my fashion blog(afashionabledreamer.tumblr.com)and it will always remain my number one priority and source of collected inspiration but truth be told I’ve always been quite a writer and I’m craving another outlet for my overactive thoughts. This is sort of my online,public diary, a honest attempt to say the things I don’t usually say. I’m not sure anyone will listen or really cares but that’s okay. This is for me,I’m just inviting you to come along on this journey with me.I’m making some major changes in my life and this is a way to document my life,to remind myself to live and breathe and feel..yes,feel. I often forget to do so,to savor the moment and I have such a self built wall of protection around myself that I worry I don’t even know who I am anymore. I just passed a three year mark to an event in my life that I wish would stop controlling me. This blog is for me to start anew,finally, and accept what happened to me and to start loving myself again.
I’m perfectly imperfect and I’m quite okay with that…or I will be soon.
